Thienly Azim (YOU ARE HERE)
It's a VERY HAPPY Thursday for me, as TODAY -
I will be leaving on a vacation :)
Sorry for the absence in the past couple of weeks -
(and it will be ANOTHER couple before I get back 'fully' into crafting!)
it's been crazy with birthdays, packing, etc.
So, I'm going on another Disney Cruise, this time, to the Eastern Caribbean!
We're also doing Kennedy Space Center, Universal Studios and Disney, of course...
so it's been hard to craft with so much fun distraction happening in my head!
Alright - back to my post here...
I've got two projects to share with you today -
both with some cute Valentine packaging ideas :)
The first one is a tiny pillow box from SVG Cuts that can fit small goodies -
candies, jelly beans, 'kisses'... and in my case, chocolate covered cherries :)
(I was actually hoping to find some 'choc-covered expresso beans' for my project -
that would have been perfect!
I found perfect papers by Jenny Bowlin for the Stamp of the Week 'You Make Me Steamy'
If you're interested in signing up for it - here's the link.
You pay $5.79 every week to get a happy mail - not too shabby!
I covered the pillow box with corrugated paper, making it look like a 'sleeve.'
The stamp image was paper pierced together with the sentiment being made into a 'flag.'
The 'flag' and the 'paper-pierced image' is held together by hemp cord wrapped around it.
Super easy, yet adorable pillow box!
The second one is a bigger box from SVG Cuts
that is PERFECT for those scrumptious chocolate truffles :)
The heart shaped window just SHOUTS Valentine!
I used all stamps from January Kit of the Month to 'accent' the box.
The papers are from MME - 'Love Me'
Doesn't it look adorable?
I love Unity kits, because they make great embellishments.
The images/sentiments go so well together,
making it so fun to layer them onto my projects.
... here's a pic of the chocolates...
I wish I can say that I made them.
Yeah, then that WOULD be crafty.
But, I just wanted to share a pic, 'cause I'm nice and just wanted to share them with you...
so come on... take one. :)
The rest is all mine!
So, that's it!
Make sure that you leave some love as there's 3 lucky winners chosen weekly
from these hip hop comments to win $20 prize toward the store.
Oh, and have you seen these?
Unity's limited edition wood engraved stamps -
aren't they BEAUTIFUL?
You can buy these here.
Hope that you liked my projects today, and YEAH -
I'm OUTTA HERE! :)
