So, I made a card for my son's birthday last night. I think that my crafting mojo is coming back, girls! My hubby has been enjoying taking the kids out on a wagon to enjoy the spring weather recently, and I was inspired to make a card from that. This is an SVGCuts and Sweet Treats Cartridge project and I think that it turned out pretty cute!
The wagon acts as a "folder" for the card. The wagon lays flat, but the card is inserted into the slit of the wagon, and the card is a birthday cake from Sweet Treats (welded the cake to make it a card). The wagon was from SVGCuts Play All Afternoon Collection, and the stamp is from "Birthday Bash" collection from Papertrey Ink. I embossed some parts and added a couple of eyelets. The patterned cardstock is "Walk in the Park" from Echo Park.
Hope that you enjoyed my card, and hope that you're having a wonderful day!
Super cute Thienly!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE it! :-D It's super cute! I'm still scratching my head for Noah's card... :-( Maybe when your mojo came back mine left?... LOL ;-)
ReplyDeleteGreat ideas, Thienly! Love the inspiration, too! It was beautiful here today, finally....open-the-windows kind of day! Happy birthday to your son!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great and unique idea....really liking this. I have flowers growing in my husband's little red wagon from when he was a boy. We fixed it up for one son, but it didn't make it through the 2nd son....haha The little wagon is 55 years old.
ReplyDeleteSeriously Girl! There's nothing wrong with your mojo! You're creativity is amazing! This is fabulous!!!
ReplyDeleteVery cute!
